Health Unit 11: Setting And Achieving Exercise Goals
This Unit covers the relationship between regular physical activity and general wellbeing. Some of the students help another reluctant student to plan an exercise regime.
Health Unit 12: Participating In Team Sport
This Unit explores attitudes to team participation and how participating in a team sport with the right attitude can be fun. In the follow-on activities, students are encouraged to motivate themselves into trying adventures or challenges they might not otherwise have thought of trying.
Health Unit 13: Preparing To Go Tramping Safely In The Bush
By preparing for a tramp, students soon discover the skills and attitudes required if the exercise is to be concluded safely. Follow-on activities reinforce the importance of safety in the outdoors.

Health Unit 16: Playing Fair Means Fair Play
The principle of fair play is discussed at length throughout this Unit. Winning at all costs is not the favoured answer. The play leads on to some useful discussion about what participation should really be about.
Health Unit 17: Being Safe In The Sun
Besides the obvious message of taking care in the sun, this Unit covers strategies to help make safe choices and how to be assertive when you need to be.

Orders and Price
We have three packages available. Each playscript costs Euro35. Our packages are:
ActUpPackage1: purchase one to five playscripts for Euro35 each.
ActUpPackage2: purchase between six to ten playscripts for Euro35 each and receive two extra free.
ActUpPackage3: please contact us if you wish to purchase eleven or more playscripts.
Schools
You send us your order. We send you the ActUpModule/s with an invoice to review. You have a 21 day right of return. If you keep the ActUpModule/s pay by airposting your usual school cheque to us or contact us to pay by credit card.
Alternatively return the ActUpModule/s in an envelope along with your invoice saying that you are returning them. Your invoice will be voided.
Note: we are based in New Zealand. Our modules are airposted to you one way free of charge. Return airpost should you decide to return the module is approximate £UK3 per module (subject to current Royal Mail rates).
Outside of Schools
If you are not a teacher within a school we require payment, either by cheque or credit card, before dispatch of our playscripts. We have secure credit card facilities available so please contact us by email so that we can direct you to our processing centre for payment processing.
